What if my delivery contains damaged goods?If your product sustains damage during shipping or contains a manufacturer's defect, contact an iFitnessDirect.com representative immediately. The product must be returned in new, re-saleable condition in the original boxes with all the paperwork for a refund, credit, or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable. All used products are inspected by our service technician to ensure proper performance prior to delivery. We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges of used or refurbished products.
